Rising fuel demand, dwindling stocks of crude oil and the need to address environmental issues has encouraged the development of more renewable energy sources, particularly biofuels. These fuels use vegetable oils, corn, wheat, sugar cane or biomass as the feedstock rather than crude oil. Such sources are not only renewable, they also reduce the net amount of CO2 released into the atmosphere. But with these advantages come the drawback of much more variable feedstocks and the challenge of blending them with mineral fuels in such a way that they can be used effectively in modern engines. The use of different oils such as soy, canola/rape, palm or coconut, create different issues.

Biofuels are fuels made from recently living organisms. They can be divided into three categories:
- First-generation biofuels are made largely from edible sugars and starches.

- Third-generation biofuels are made from algae and other microbes.

The Green Fuel Enhancer performs 3 main functions:
1. It reformulates the fuel’s chemical structure by enhancing cleaner fuel combustion with savings of up to 20% or more.
2. It naturally lubricates the engine’s interior, thereby increasing its life span and mechanically reduces the wear and tear of inner compartment of the engine.
3. It helps to reduce the toxics of Green House Gas in air emission by up to 75%.
Phase 1: Our supply of the Green Fuel Enhancer Additive can be in 200 litre Drums where this is commercially viable for industry usage, such as haulage companies, public transport companies (i.e. coach companies, rail companies, bus companies), shipping companies to be used on vessels and any other industries that use fuel.
Phase 2: Is supplied to the end user to be used in cars, motorcycles ranging from 300ml bottles to 500ml bottles. An amount of 100ml is initially used as a treatment and maintenance stage and only maintenance stage thereafter.
Phase 3: The Green Fuel Enhancer will be supplied to the refinery companies where it can expertly be mixed in the petrol or diesel fuel ready to be purchased directly from the petrol forecourts.

Why is it important to have a proper feeding of oxygen into the fuel?
Engine Mechanics explained:
Just like most living things need oxygen to breathe, fire needs oxygen to burn and fuel needs oxygen to explode powerfully enough to move a vehicle or engine. The engine does not actually use petrol or fuel. It uses “petrol vapor or fuel vapor”. When petrol or any fuel is poured into the fuel tank, it goes in there in a liquid form. Before the engine can use the petrol or fuel, it has to turn it into petrol vapor or fuel vapor.
When the engine vaporizes the petrol or fuel, it mixes the fuel with oxygen to create a rich & powerful oxygen/fuel mixture.
Engine experts and oil companies have known for years that only 75% of the fuel in vehicles or engines get properly vaporized for ignition. About 15% to 20% of fuels do not burn due to the larger size of fuel molecules; they will come out of the engine as black smoke and pollution. Even more energy is wasted due to the wear-and-tear in the engine, engine energy heat loss and cooling energy. They all add up to energy wastage.
What is molecule spacing?
Imagine trying to get from point A to point B through a crowd full of people shoulder to shoulder? It is the same with fuel. It clumps together because it is a very rich and heavy compound. It is like a group of marbles stuck together very tightly.
What the oil companies did was to find a way to spread the fuel particles out so that they have more space between them. This allows air and oxygen between and makes them burn better. It is called Molecule Spacing. The more oxygen gets to the fuel, the better it is for the engine parts as the fuel now burns evenly and has a less wear and tear effect on the motor.
Product Application (Industrial)
For engine burning on diesel fuel or residual fuel such as boilers and burners, ashes of the metallic salts are formed (which comes out with the gases of the combustion). The formation of ashes is unavoidable as the oil contains sulphur, vanadium, sodium, potassium and other metals. These residuals adhere to the surfaces forming deposits and cause corrosion, reducing the useful life of the engines.
These deposits which depend on the humidity and the temperature and are corrosive. The volume of the deposits formed will be directly related to the content of sludge in the fuel. The hot corrosion in the engines, is mainly located in escape valves and turbo, and is triggered by two main causes:
Formation of sodium vanadates of low fusion point that is corrosive. These compounds are formed as the fuel contains vanadium (V) and sodium (Na).
Formation of sodium sulphate (a compound corrosive at high temperatures) will be formed independently of the fuel oil sulphur content. Despite a low content of sodium in the fuel oil, it is enough to have a content of sulphur under 0.1% so that this corrosive compound could be formed.
The Green Fuel Enhancer modifies the fusion point of these combustion residuals. Thus the salts formed now have reduced corrosion and adherence properties. That is why they are easily removed in the gas flow as they do not stick to the elements of the engine and in this way they lengthen the useful life of the engine.
The Green Fuel Enhancer acts as a catalyst by producing a more complete burning of the fuel at any constant level of excess of air. When the excess air is reduced, it improves combustion which will result in fuel saving and reduced smoke emission. Product Application (Automotive)
 In reality, fuel in any engine does not burn completely and gets worse as the engine gets older. The inefficient unburned fuel becomes dangerous hydrocarbon exhaust emissions then pollutes the environment. The exhaust fumes also create carbon build up in engines and robs it of its power and performance.
When the Green Fuel Enhancer is mixed into any fossil fuels, it instantly breaks up the clusters of hydrogen & fuel molecules into reformulated atom molecules. When the fuel atoms are in homogeneous orientation which are equally spaced, they delivers a vast amount of oxygen to the fuel atoms and creates an optimum burning. Consequently, the presence of oxygen causes ignition and fuel combustion to enhance significantly, thereby creating more power and efficiency. As a result, water vapor which dampens the Combustion Chambers are also dissolved and emulsified and discharged from the exhaust.
 The Green Fuel Enhancer also increases lubricity in the Combustion Chamber and provides smoother rotational motion on the pistons. Fuel mixture is combusted with minimal residue and clean residue is expelled through the exhaust. Carbon deposits on the Chamber walls, piston rings, plug heads, intake walls & injectors are slowly removed and expelled through the exhaust.
Now with less wastage and more efficient burning, the reduced fuel consumption is now measured into better mileage for every tank. Instead of being expelled in the form of toxic emissions, unused fuel is now saved in the tank waiting to be used efficiently by the engine. Efficient use of the fuel also means improved engine performance and a prolonged engine life span. The increased engine revolution power is derived from the enhanced combustion process. Increased mileage creates fuel savings by producing a net gain in mileage above cost.

Direction of Use:
Always pour the Green Fuel Enhancer into the fuel tank before pouring in the fuel. The gushing fuel entering into the fuel tank will mix with the Green Fuel Enhancer evenly.
